By applying to the SUICA BULLS ambassador program, you agree to keep any non-public information shared with you by the SUICA team (including but not limited to upcoming announcements, marketing plans, partnership details, and internal strategy) confidential, and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent from the SUICA team, until such information is made public by the team itself.

You further agree not to use any such information for personal trading advantage or to share it in a way that could harm the project or its community.

This agreement remains in effect for the duration of your participation in the program and for a reasonable period afterward.
